How do we obtain our customer number for activation?

Your customer number is the same as your Duke University Press account number. This number is located on the mailing label of your print copy of the journal as well as on your renewal notice. If you are unable to locate this number, please click here to have customer service send this information to you.

Is my institution eligible for electronic access?

If your institution purchased a print + electronic or an electronic-only subscription to the Duke Mathematical Journal or a subscription to or outright purchase of DMJ 100, your institution is entitled to electronic access to the journal.

What Duke Mathematical Journal content is my institution entitled to?

Current subscribers will have access to content from 1999 to the current volume. Institutions are entitled to perpetual access only to content for which they have paid. Content from 1935 to 1999 is available for purchase through the Duke Mathematical Journal: Volumes 1–100.

Can my institution receive free trial access?

Trial access is available to institutions interested in Duke University Press titles.

Does my institution need to sign a site license agreement?

Yes. Institutional access to the Duke Mathematical Journal and DMJ 100 requires a signed site license agreement. Institutions may download the Duke Mathematical Journal and DMJ 100 site license agreements here.

Can I get usage statistics for my institution?

For the first time, librarians can now view their institution’s usage statistics for both DMJ 100 and the Duke Mathematical Journal online at the Project Euclid Web site. All usage statistics are compliant with the Code of Practice set forth by COUNTER—an organization of producers and purchasers of electronic content who are dedicated to the formulation of consistent methods of measuring online usage.
