Before an order can be processed, Duke University Press must have the following:

- prepayment
- a signed site license agreement with IP addresses on file
- library e-resource contact information, including e-mail, phone number, and mailing address

*A signed site license agreement must be sent to the attention of Library Relations Manager by fax at 919-680-6078 or by mail at 905 W. Main St., Suite 18B, Durham, NC 27701. Do not forget to specify IP addresses.

Once we have received and processed your payment and signed site license agreement, access will be provided within 72 hours. Customers will receive an e-mail acknowledgment once access has been granted. If you have any questions, please contact euclidorders@dukeupress.edu.
